Esri announced this week a new web-based solution aimed to provide information about communities to enable better decision-making. Community Analyst is in a public beta phase right now; you can sign up for 90-day accesss to the system.

This tool will help all levels of government, not-for-profits, and other organizations answer questions such as, "Are we putting resources in the right places?" or "How do we best communicate why resources were allocated in a certain area?"
